Your data & your rights

Who we are. Youths Empowered for Service (YES), a Derbyshire charity, is the data controller for the information you give here.

What we collect & why. We collect only what we need to run the programme safely — the young person's name and date of birth, a contact for a parent/guardian (for under-18s) or the participant (18+), and your session preferences. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in delivering youth support.

How long we keep it. Only for as long as you're involved with the programme, plus a short period afterwards, then it's securely deleted.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw any consent, at any time — just email info@youthempoweredforservice.co.uk. We never sell your data or share it without a lawful reason.
